DAY 4 – Sunday, Oct. 8 (B, L)
We depart the hotel and head to Port Gruž where we check in at 11:00 a.m. At Noon, we will enjoy champagne and canapés at a welcome reception. The ship will depart at 1:00 p.m., and we will head northwest toward Mljet. Mljet is the first larger island we will see and is Croatia’s greenest island with its Mediterranean vegetation. The clear sea, wines, olives, goat cheeses make Mljet a favorite destination for tourists. You may spend your afternoon relaxing on the ship or exploring the town. You will sleep on the ship for the remainder of the tour.

DAY 5 - Monday, Oct. 9 (B, L)
Hvar town awaits us this afternoon. It is an ancient town with a rich history on the island of Hvar. Hvar is proud that it has the most hours of sunshine of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea.

DAY 6 – Tuesday, Oct. 10 (B, L, D)
We cruise to Stari Grad, a town on the northern side of the island of Hvar. One of the oldest towns in Europe, its position at the end of a long, protected bay and next to prime agricultural land has long made it attractive for human settlement. The most ancient part of Stari Grad falls within the UNESCO Protected World Heritage Site. We will enjoy a local Stari Grad village dinner in the

evening.

DAY 7 – Wednesday, Oct. 11 (B, L)
We say goodbye to Hvar Island as we head to the UNESCO World Heritage city of Split. Take time to walk through Diocletian’s Palace, which dates to the 4th century. Split is the second largest city in Croatia. A walking tour of Split is included.

DAY 8 – Thursday, Oct. 12 (B, L, D)
Our next stop is Markarsa, southeast of Split. Your afternoon is free to swim, walk the riviera, relax onboard, or enjoy the streets of the town. A special captain’s dinner with local entertainment is included in the evening.

DAY 9 – Friday, Oct. 13 (B, L)
We depart for Korcula, rumored to be the birthplace of Marco Polo. Quiet coves and small sandy beaches are part of this sixth largest Adriatic island. The northern shore is flatter and has more pebbles. Take time to enjoy the stone walls in this fortified town.

DAY 10 – Saturday, Oct. 14 (B, L)

We come full circle as we go back to the charming city of Dubrovnik. A walking tour is included, although you will need to take a taxi or bus on your own to get to the starting point.

DAY 11 – Sunday, Oct. 15 (B)

Flight home on your own. Airport transfer is included.

Please note that while changes to the tour are not likely, weather, site renovations, and other factors could keep the tour group from any given site or could require a change of lodging. Any changes will be comparable in value.
